Scarlett Moffat has revealed the reasons for her weight gain on her social page. She told that her body was certainly getting fat and she was just thinking if for due to junk foods and less lack of exercises. But she told that the reasons were above to my thoughts and expectations when I meet a weight loss specialist. Doctor diagnosed me suffering with diabetes and my BMI (Bloody Massive Bum) was getting too high that could be a cause of heart stork if it will not be cured. I was just like a horrible nightmare for me to hearing that I am suffering with this disease. I prepared my mindset for it to be recovered while following as doctor said and then I start following a proper diet and workout routines that help me out of diabetes and BMI which was a reason of my weight gain.

She told that doctors stopped me for eating much oily junks foods having fiber. I start eating vegies and fresh fruits having low calories but high proteins. “I hardly take 2 kebabs a week” while before I took 2 on daily bases. She also shares her workouts in which she told about her highly intensity training about three times a week. I have a proper work outs about daily routine that includes my morning walk, time to get up in the morning and sleeping time at night. I follow it all and now it has become my habit more than instructions by my instructor. So now the results are in front of us and I have overcome the diabetes and living healthy life with slimmer frame which I think is the best for me.
